Founded in 1892, Liverpool Football Club have established themselves as a major force in English and European football. In the 1970s and 1980s, when Bill Shankly, Bob Paisley, Joe Fagan and Kenny Dalglish led the club to a combined eleven League titles and four European Cups. Then in 2005, Rafa Benitez led the club to it's fifth European Cup after that famous night in Istanbul and more recently Jurgen Klopp won Liverpool's sixth European Cup and led Liverpool to a nineteenth League title in 2020. The club's first during the Premier League era.
